PIETER CRONJE ART Oil on stretched canvas. I visited Vietnam and realized that many species of animals are being wiped out by human kind. The Rhino in the clouds symbolizes this. I also realized that many cultures and languages are also on the verge of extinction and people are desperately clinging on to their roots. The pressure however from dominant tribes are so great that these groups will be lost forever in a few years.
